These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter " GTC ") govern the sales of products made on the website funni.co (hereinafter the " Site "), published by Funni SAS , a SAS company with a capital of €1065, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 991869769, whose registered office is located at 60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS (hereinafter " Funni ").

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which Funni markets fermented and/or enriched food products (hereinafter the " Products ") to any consumer making a purchase on the Site (hereinafter the " Customer ").
All orders constitute full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only.
Allergen and ingredient information:
The lists of ingredients, potential allergens, nutritional values and storage conditions are indicated on each product sheet and/or packaging.
Best Before Dates (BBD / formerly BBD)
Our products may have a "best before" date . Consuming the product after this date may be possible without health risks , but Funni no longer guarantees its organoleptic qualities.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
Funni reserves the right to change prices at any time, but Products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The order is validated when:

The Client has provided the necessary information.

Has accepted these Terms and Conditions,

And proceeded with the payment.
Funni reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraud or payment incident.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the methods offered on the Site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.), via a secure platform.
The order is final after payment confirmation .
6. Delivery
Delivery areas: France/Europe
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days (excluding pre-orders) .
Delivery charges are indicated at the time of ordering.
Funni is not responsible for delays related to:

to the carrier,

to an incorrectly provided address,

or to exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).
7. Cancellation and returns
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.
However, for reasons of hygiene and food safety:

The product must be:

And returned at the Client's expense.

The refund will be made within 14 days , after receipt and inspection of the product.
8. Compliance and guarantees
In the case of the product:

Incorrectly delivered.

or exhibiting a clear defect
The customer must contact Funni within 48 hours of receipt with proof (photos).
Funni will proceed, depending on the circumstances, to:

refund,

or replacement.
9. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for processing the order.
They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR)
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete via contact@funni.co .
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, packaging, recipes) is protected.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
